This is a trusted company with great cleaning and customer services and very reasonable price. The team came to clean my window/door glasses, screens and sills, which is super clean. They told me that the skylight still look a little unclean is because the dirt is between the 2 glasses which they couldn't reach. This is totally understandable and I do appreciate the explanation. After the team left I found there was one window with some dripping marks left so I sent a photo to Leo, who replied right away and sent a second team within the week to have it cleaned. Leo is very responsive and takes customer satisfaction seriously. Their team is efficient, friendly and cooperate well to complete the job with spotless finish. I highly recommend the company for your window cleaning.Posted on Google![]()

Residential window film transforms the comfort, energy efficiency, and privacy of your home — without changing the way it looks from the outside. Modern window films reduce heat gain by up to 79%, block up to 99% of UV radiation, and cut cooling costs by 30% or more during NJ and NY summers, all while maintaining your view and natural light.
Brightness provides professional window film installation throughout Bergen County, Passaic County, Essex County, and Hudson County in New Jersey — and Rockland County, Westchester County, and Orange County in New York. Every project begins with an in-home consultation where we measure your windows, discuss your goals, and recommend the right film type for each room.
Solar Control Film
Reduces heat and glare from direct sunlight — the most popular choice for NJ and NY homes with south- or west-facing windows. Solar control film maintains your view while significantly reducing the amount of heat entering the room. Available in a range of VLT (visible light transmission) levels from 15% (strong heat rejection, moderate privacy) to 70% (nearly invisible, subtle solar control). Most homes benefit from 35–50% VLT in living areas.
Decorative & Privacy Film
Frosted, rice paper, and patterned decorative films add privacy and style to bathrooms, sidelights, entryway glass, and interior partitions. These films allow natural light transmission while obscuring direct visibility — an alternative to replacing clear glass with frosted or etched glass at a fraction of the cost. Available in dozens of designs, shades, and patterns.
Security Window Film
Security film bonds the glass panes together so that when broken — from impact, break-in attempt, or storm debris — the shards stay in place rather than scattering. This reduces injury risk and makes forced entry significantly harder. Particularly recommended for ground-floor windows, sliding glass doors, and any windows in view of street or driveway. Available clear (invisible) or with a light tint.
Ceramic & Infrared-Rejection Film
Ceramic and nano-ceramic films represent the highest performance tier of residential window film. They reject infrared (IR) heat without the mirror-like reflectance of older metallic films — making them ideal for homes where exterior appearance matters. Ceramic films block up to 95% of infrared radiation while maintaining excellent optical clarity and allowing high visible light transmission. Compatible with low-E glass. Recommended for premium installations in large windows, sunrooms, and south-facing glass walls.
Energy savings that pay back: Bergen County and Rockland County homes run air conditioning from May through September. Window film cuts the solar heat load on your HVAC system, reducing cooling costs by 20–30% during peak months — a real reduction on monthly utility bills, not a theoretical one. In winter, the same film reflects interior heat back into the room, reducing heating costs.
UV protection for furniture and floors: The NJ and NY sun fades hardwood floors, upholstery, artwork, and window treatments within years if glass is unprotected. Quality residential window film blocks 99% of UV radiation — the primary cause of fading — without darkening the room.
Privacy without blinds: South and west-facing rooms in Bergen County’s suburban neighborhoods often have limited privacy from the street or neighboring properties. Daytime privacy film lets you see out while preventing passersby from seeing in — without permanently closing blinds or curtains.
Security without bars: Security window film makes ground-floor windows and glass doors significantly harder to breach through impact — a low-visibility deterrent for Rockland County and Bergen County homes.
Step 1 — In-Home Assessment: We visit your property, measure every window you want filmed, and walk through your goals — heat rejection, privacy, security, decorative, or a combination. We bring film samples so you can see how each VLT level and film type actually looks on your glass before committing.
Step 2 — Custom Cutting: Every piece of film is cut precisely to your window measurements. Professional cutting eliminates the gaps, bubbles, and edge lifting that characterize DIY installation.
Step 3 — Professional Installation: Film is applied to the interior glass surface using professional tools and a solution that ensures bubble-free, crease-free adhesion. Most full-home installations complete in a single day. Fall and spring are optimal seasons for installation — lower humidity produces better adhesion and shorter cure times.
Step 4 — Quality Inspection and Curing: Each window is inspected for perfect edge sealing, flatness, and optical clarity. Film requires 30–60 days to fully cure depending on temperature and film type — during this period, some minor haze or small water pockets are normal and resolve completely as curing completes.
Professional residential window film installation in NJ and NY typically runs $5–$20 per square foot, installed. Most homeowners in Bergen County and Rockland County pay $400–$1,500 for a standard home project depending on the number of windows, film type, and total square footage. Solar control and security films typically fall in the mid-range ($8–$14/sq ft). Decorative and ceramic films sit at the higher end. We provide free in-home estimates with exact measurements and no-obligation pricing.
Quality film life depends on the type. Solar control and privacy films typically last 25–30 years. Decorative films average 20 years. Ceramic and nano-ceramic films often exceed 30 years due to their UV-stable compounds. We offer a lifetime residential warranty on window film installation — if your film fails, peels, or discolors before the rated lifespan under normal conditions, we cover it.
Not with the right VLT selection. VLT — visible light transmission — is the percentage of light that passes through the film. A 50% VLT film lets half the available light through and is barely noticeable in most rooms. A 35% VLT film reduces brightness slightly and is popular for south-facing rooms with heat problems. We bring samples to every in-home estimate so you can see exactly how each option looks on your glass before we install anything.
You can, but DIY installation consistently produces bubbles, edge gaps, and early peeling — especially on larger panes. Professional installation tools, cutting templates, and the application solution we use are not available at retail. For small windows or interior decorative film, DIY is manageable. For large panes, south- or west-facing windows, or security film, professional installation is strongly recommended. The cost difference is modest; the quality difference is significant.
Yes — year-round. In winter, window film reflects interior heat back into the room, reducing heat loss through glass and lowering heating costs. It also continues to block UV radiation through winter months, protecting furnishings. NJ and NY winters make dual-season film performance a genuine benefit — you recover the investment in summer on cooling and in winter on heating.
Yes. Professional removal is possible without damaging the glass. We offer window film removal for homeowners updating their film type or preparing windows for replacement. DIY removal is feasible on older film but risks leaving adhesive residue that requires professional cleaning.
