This is a trusted company with great cleaning and customer services and very reasonable price. The team came to clean my window/door glasses, screens and sills, which is super clean. They told me that the skylight still look a little unclean is because the dirt is between the 2 glasses which they couldn't reach. This is totally understandable and I do appreciate the explanation. After the team left I found there was one window with some dripping marks left so I sent a photo to Leo, who replied right away and sent a second team within the week to have it cleaned. Leo is very responsive and takes customer satisfaction seriously. Their team is efficient, friendly and cooperate well to complete the job with spotless finish. I highly recommend the company for your window cleaning.Posted on Google![]()

Over time, the pavers on your driveway, patio, or pool deck face a relentless cycle of freeze-thaw damage, heavy rainfall, UV fading, and the biological pressure of weeds forcing their way through joint gaps. The result is familiar: joints filled with vegetation, sand washing away with every rainstorm, surfaces shifting, and a dull, weathered appearance that bears little resemblance to what was installed.
Brightness provides professional paver sealing and restoration throughout our seven-county NJ and NY service territory — Bergen County, Passaic County, Essex County, and Hudson County in New Jersey, and Rockland County, Westchester County, and Orange County in New York. Our process begins with thorough power washing, proceeds through polymeric sand joint restoration, and concludes with professional-grade sealer application — completing the full sand and seal cycle in a single visit.
A proper paver sealing service does more than improve appearance. The sealer and polymeric sand work together as a system:
Different paver materials require different sealer formulations and preparation approaches. Brightness services all standard paving materials found in NJ and NY residential and commercial properties:
Phase 1 — Inspection and Surface Assessment: We begin by walking every section of the paver installation. We identify weeds, stains, settling, shifting, cracks, and efflorescence deposits — the white salt haze that migrates to the surface through moisture movement. Any structural issues (sunken pavers, failed base sections) are noted before cleaning begins.
Phase 2 — Power Washing and Stain Treatment: The entire surface is power washed to remove vegetation, dirt, organic buildup, and old joint sand. Stubborn stains receive pre-treatment with professional detergents formulated for the specific paver material. Proper drainage is checked and adequate dry time is allowed before sand installation.
Phase 3 — Polymeric Sand Installation: We fill every paver joint to proper depth with polymeric sand — a professional-grade material that activates with water to form a firm, semi-rigid joint. Excess sand is swept clean before controlled water activation. Unlike ordinary joint sand, polymeric sand bonds chemically and resists erosion, weed growth, and insect colonization.
Phase 4 — Professional Sealer Application: Once the polymeric sand has cured, we apply professional-grade sealer in your choice of finish. Wet look (high gloss, enhances color depth) or natural/dry look (low sheen, preserves the paver’s original appearance) — we discuss the options before application and proceed only with your confirmation. A final quality inspection is completed before we leave.
Paver sealing pricing in NJ is typically quoted per square foot. Most homeowners in Bergen County and Rockland County pay $0.75–$2.00 per square foot for a full sand and seal service (power washing, polymeric sand, and sealer application). A typical 400 sq ft patio runs $300–$1,000 depending on the paver material, condition, and sealer type selected. Driveways with more square footage may be priced lower per square foot. We provide free, no-obligation on-site estimates — every job is measured before pricing.
When applied incorrectly — in wet conditions, on a dirty surface, or with an incompatible sealer product — sealer can peel, discolor, or create a slippery surface. This is why surface preparation and sealer selection matter as much as the application itself. Professional sealing eliminates these risks because the inspection, cleaning, and temperature checks are done before any sealer touches your pavers. We don’t seal if overnight temperatures will drop below 40°F or if rain is forecast within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment.
Polymeric sand typically takes 24–48 hours to fully cure, depending on temperature and weather conditions. We recommend avoiding heavy traffic during this window. The sealer applied over it has its own curing period — most professional sealers are dry to light foot traffic within a few hours and reach full cure within 24–48 hours. We provide specific timing guidance after each job.
Yes, but timing and pressure both matter. Once polymeric sand has fully cured (wait at least 90 days after fresh installation), gentle pressure washing won’t damage the joints. However, high-pressure washing erodes joint sand over time regardless of type — if your pavers need regular pressure washing, we recommend scheduling a sand and seal service afterward to restore joint stability.
Most paver surfaces need resealing every 3–5 years, depending on traffic volume, weather exposure, and the sealer used. NJ and NY’s freeze-thaw winters and wet springs accelerate sealer breakdown. Annual visual inspection helps identify when resealing is approaching — if water is no longer beading on the surface and the joint sand is washing out again, it’s time to schedule.
Sealing is not required but is strongly recommended. New paver installations benefit from waiting 6–12 months before the first sealing — this allows any natural settling and efflorescence migration to occur before the surface is sealed. Sealing too soon can trap residual moisture and alkaline compounds and cause discoloration. The right window for new pavers in NJ is typically the first full spring or fall after installation.
